BSOD many times a day after reinstall of Windows 7

I had to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 a few days ago and have reinstalled most of the software from before. Over the last two days I have encountered many BSODs all indicating via KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, the offender to be ataport.sys, ATAPI Driver extension.
Prior to the reinstall I was getting the occasional freeze attributed to Kernel Power Event 41.

I am attaching the required zip files and updated my system specs. Any help for this aggravating problem will be much appreciated.

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

How to find and update drivers? Read here Best way to update drivers for free?

Update your windows using windows update.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker you may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Finish and post back with any results.

Thanks for your suggestions. I managed to replace most of the sys files but a few I had no luck finding.

All Windows Updates had been installed.

I ran SFC /Scannow three times and nothing was found

I have yet to run Memtest but will download that and run today.

So far nothing has changed except the system crashed only one time yesterday, and that was about two hours after I hd finished working with it.

"replace most of the sys files" You mean you updated the software\drivers?

Sorry, I should have said updated, not replaced. I was unable to find updated files for these:

    wdcsam.sys, EllRawDsk.sys, AsrlbDrv.sys, nor I could I find wdcsam or AsrlbDrv in Windows\System32\Drivers.

Thanks for following up on this. One suggestion I read was to reset the pagefile which I just did this morning.

Best way to update drivers for free?

    Driver Reference

    Drivers and Downloads

    And Google :)

For example copy this wdcsam.sys then open http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.htmlpress press Ctrl+F and paste the wdcsam.sys, the results are

wdcsam.sys= Western Digital External Drive RAID Manager

Since the error code was always the same, and referred to the paging file, I moved it from my C: Drive to my D: Drive five days ago and have had no Stop errors since. Does anyone have any idea why this would be?
