Several Different BSOD While Watching Videos

    Hello everyone.

I am really desperate of all these problems and I don't know what to do.

To start with, I have System Model: Dell Inspiron N5110

I only have this laptop for not even 2 months, so the problems and errors should be minimum to none.

I also try to be very careful with everything because I really hate harming my own stuff.

But it's not like that..Even for so short period of my laptop I got many serious problems, mostly relating to videos.

I like being up-to date, everyone likes it. Updates are suppose to improve and not destroy everything.

Because I am not sure how to update my drivers automatically from the dell website, I am using the DriverMax software which identifies which specific driver needs an update.

From the very first days, before I decide to update anything, I was getting some video playing problems, or to be more specific several blue-screen-of-death errors which they were increasing time to time.

Obviously those errors are related to the video graphics card and/or the drivers. I am getting these errors almost every time I watch a video (either on websites, or my computer, or even talking on skype).

Just a while ago I also had another driver problem relating to usb ports. As soon as I updated the usb drivers, the usb ports 3.0 couldn't read 2.0 usb devices, which is ridiculous. I got that fixed somehow by uninstalling the usb driver called "Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller" and I am not sure If I need to install this "update" again.

Anyways, my biggest problem are the annoying blue screens!

And not only that, each blue screen contains a different error with different drivers.

Some recent blue screens are "STOP: 0x0000007F ~ driver: igdkmd64.sys", "STOP: 0x000000D1 ~ DRIVER_IPQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and another with the driver "nvkflt.sys".

    My laptop details:

    System Information:

    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.110622-1506)
    System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
    System Model: Inspiron N5110
    BIOS: BIOS Date: 09/14/11 16:34:22 Ver: 04.06.04
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
    Memory: 4096MB RAM

    Display Drivers:

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
    Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M (Updated to the latest version)

If you need any more specific details just ask.

    Thank you in advance.

PS: I failed to run a System Health Report because of an error!

I have the same laptop but instead of i7 processor,I have

    Processor: i5-2410M
    Memory: 6GB of RAM (1333Mhz)

I tried different RAM it still gave me the BSOD when I was watching videos or playing games. After reading on few forums about the Technical information given by BSOD I found it could be due to your firewall so I uninstalled mine (Zonealarm) and going to test it, I will let you know if it solved the problem. I also installed register cleaner and used it to fix registry problems. Fingers crossed

    Hello.
    I also have Zonealarm installed.
Ok, my problem is fixed somehow..After several tries of installing and reinstalling all the drivers (Used Driver Sweeper as well), I did reinstall the Nvidia drivers and somehow that worked, when before it didn't..
I guess I should mark this as solved!..untill the next time :S

    PS: Some other problems
When I increase the audio over 50, it gets on my nerves and sounds weird, like old speaker do, a lot of noise.
Youtube player on firefox got weird for me. The 3 buttons on the right (full screen, etc.) lost their usual icon and now they are just grey boxes, although they still work. What's up with that??
