    Combination of things

1-Old, old drivers (from as far back as 2005)

    Code:
    mdmxsdk.sys 6/19/2006 4:27:26 PM fffff880`02b0d000 fffff880`02b11280 0x00004280 0x449716be
    psadd.sys 2/19/2007 1:56:37 PM fffff880`03e19000 fffff880`03e24000 0x0000b000 0x45d9f2e5
    dne64x.sys 11/10/2008 8:01:24 PM fffff880`05fd2000 fffff880`05ffe000 0x0002c000 0x4918d964

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Second your vpcnfltr.,sys (VM Ware network driver) probably caused this crash. It is very difficult to spot trends in a single DMP and yours is no exception.
