BSOD at startup (Help a gal out now!)

Hi there, i tried to do everything as said in the instruction of posting a BSOD but i wasn't able to do the perfmon /report thing.

Almost every time i started my computer a BSOD appeared saying that there was a driver conflict of a kind and i should use driver verifier to do something... I did that and now I'm hanging out in safe mode. Could you please help me with my problem, and see what is the conflict about and how to make it all good again.

I'm using a Dell 1557 studio, with an i7 and the operating system is windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Don't know what else to say, sorry.
    UPLOAD.EE - Download Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.rar

    With regards.

    Several problems here (sorry)

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. You have a variant of this.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

when you're done you can use this Freeware:

MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM in its place
    (MagicDisc)

Using MagicISO to create ISO image files

    2-Avast

Please remove and replace your Avast with Microsoft Security Essentials

    3-Old drivers needing updating
    Code:
    ATITool.sys 11/10/2006 8:08:51 AM ATITool.sys+2017 0x8deb3000 0x8debf000 0x0000c000 0x455479e3
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

4- Use the update readiness tool and update to SP-1

Ensure you install the correct 64 or 32 bit option for your system)
Download the System Update Readiness Tool (64bit)
Download the System Update Readiness Tool (32bit)
