    Asus U50F bsod

I'm experiencing regular bsods on my Asus u50F laptop. It's been happening every couple of hours and is not obviously connected with any user activity or program. It will happen even when idle, no apps running. After the dump it will restart to the windows log on screen.

    Windows 7 is . . .
    - 64 bit with sp1
    - original OS is installed on the system
    - OEM came pre-installed on system
    - laptop bought reconditioned 2010 from newegg
    - have not re-installed the OS

I can't attach this to any software or hardware change, although I did try going back a few restore points without any luck. After that, I did do all windows updates, again without success in relieving the bsods. External devices connected are a standard dell lcd monitor, a Logitech wireless key board & mouse (usb), and Lexmark printer (usb). I had been using this setup without trouble for over a year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Virtually all of these were Related to JME.sys NDIS 5.x Driver from JMicron Technology Corp.

I would re-install newest version available.
