ok so one of my ram modules caused that weird memtest screen. So now im down to one module... Guess Ill return this one as well.

Ill post back if I find any other problems.

Getting a BSOD at random times, at least 6 different error messages.
Would really appreciate some help, as I have no idea what the problem is. I have ran dskchk /F...and nothing. I've also ran a scan on my disk, and nothing, so i dont think it's a virus. here is my msinfo.....
