Computer reboots after 'starting windows', cannot boot into safe mode

Computer rebooted after 'starting windows'

When starting in safe mode, it rebooted after loading classpnp.sys

This happened after I installed MSE and it detected a Trojan located in c:/windows. On hindsight deleting it was a bad idea.

I've tried using startup repair as well as sfc/scannow. I've also ttried unplugging the hard drives as well as changing the hard drive mode in the BIOS from ide to ADHCI and back.

Any ideas?

You say run repair three times in a row, does that mean run it three times successfully, or when it hangs restart and try again

First time I ran startup repair, it told me I'd had an error and if I restarted it would fix it. I restarted and it tells me that startup repair did not work. When viewing diagnosis and repair details, all the tests come up with error code 0x0

And unplugging the hard drives aand changing tthe BIOS were one of the solutions I've seen on the internet.

Alright, there should be more to that BSOD than just 0x0. However, I know next to nothing on BSODS, as I've stated already. Hopefully someone else can come around and be a help to you. just know that it may take some time because this is such a busy section on the forums (sort of understaffed, we could say. Most people are not well versed in this area).

It isn't a bsod. I run startup repair. It tells me startup repair can't fix anything. When checking the details of the log, it shows that all tests "complete successfully. Error 0x0"
