BSOD during pretty light use of Chrome, only a few tabs open. This has already happen several times over the life of my 2010 machine. BlueScreenView lists ntoskrnl.exe and afd.sys as the culprits. No idea what this means or what to do.

    Specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit full retail
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1075T
    MOBO: ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G
    RAM: OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA
PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX 650W

.zip attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello Dennis1 & welcome!

ii) Download Driver sweeper, for the leftover files
iii) Uninstall your driver from the Control Panel
iv) While rebooting, go into safe-mode without internet (tip: plugout your LAN cable or disconnect wireless)
    v) Run Driver Sweeper, click all the Nvidia components and analyse them
    vi) Clean them all
vii) Head into Windows, without internet
viii) Install the Driver from the desktop

    Bugcheck

    Code:

I haven't gone home to do this yet, but I just realized something- does it change anything that I don't have a separate video card? I use onboard graphics from my motherboard.

So I made the change, and everything seems to be normal. Do I just wait for another BSOD? Do I just generate another report even without BSOD?

Just wait for a BSoD to come and look in your C:/Windows/Minidump and zip them. Then upload it. :)
