Random crash W7 Ult 64bit no BSOD
FIXED: Connection cable wasn't properly attached anymore
hi everyone,
A couple of weeks ago i have bought a Nvidia 570gtx grafics card together with an extra 4Gb of RAM. At that point i decided to finaly upgrade my Windows Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Since that day i started to get a BSOD like once a day. The BSOD probably had to due with the Nvidia drivers, cause since the new ones came out i haven't had a BSOD for over a week now. But since a couple of days my system just crashes without a BSOD.
What happens:
I'm playing a game or watching a movie, then suddenly my screen and sounds just freezes and after about 5 seconds my screen goes black and i hear the little beep your pc makes when it starts, resulting in a restart of my system. Then Windows gives me the start normaly, safe mode, safe mode and network options...
I have to mention that since adding my new GPU i get a CPU-FAN error on startup, but i have checked it and the cable is correctly installed. I have also tried monitoring my temps of the computer troughout gaming and normal use and it seems pretty low.
For my CPU i'm using a closed circuit water cooling. I have the cooler that is attached on the radiator connected to my CPU-FAN on the motherboard. I also have a second fan attached to the other side of the radiator.
I think my new GPU is causing these crashes.
I have attached a zip file with the BSOD Dump & System File Collection, System Health Report and DxDiag.
I'm folowing IT at school but i'm not an expert, so if you need more information feel free to ask but i might need some help getting it.
Thanks in advance,
Zero
