    it happen when i open a movie or i browse randomly at my files

    Did you try all three diagnostic methods? You could also try running a System File Checker scan to see if any system files have been damaged or corrupted. Suggest you use Option Two.

    Do you have a 3rd party firewall installed, e.g., an Internet Security Suite?

    If so - Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase
