BSOD while downlaoding or moving files to USB stick

    hiya all

I have a friend who is not very good with computers and i have a little bit of know how with them, however hes having BSOD when moving files to a memory stick and downloading files

codes that he was getting are 0x000000E1
and from from WhoCrashed software i ran on the dumps were

On Fri 12/10/2012 19:02:14 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\Minidump\101212-19702-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7EFC0)
    Bugcheck code: 0xE1 (0xFFFFF80003390560, 0x2, 0xFFFFFA8006BD7D10, 0xFFFFFA8006BD7D10)
    Error: WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a worker thread completed and returned with IRQL at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

That was the last one. i have attached the dump files he has.

i hope you can help on this. if any more info is needed just say and i will update.

    thanks for you time.

According to Carrona.org, STOP 0x000000E1: WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL Usual causes: Device driver.

But, there is no such probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.
