BSOD after new install
This morning upon waking I went to the computer and a few minutes after surfing I got a BSOD. I had posted this issue on another forum but received no solution. Its a mystery to me. Here is my original post:
"Things have been working great on my new SSD. The next day and last thing I installed was the Creative Audio Console and card drivers instead of using the default driver settings. Cant really say this is what it was but since I installed it I get the BSOD. How can I remove the new drivers and just go with the default? Will the Front Audigy panel still work? I was thinking of upgrading on a later date anyway. My goal is to record music with a mic and use a higher quality mic on my webcam--when I get one-- for better audio. I had tried to uses the onboard sound but I could not get the drivers or software to install on the os. Any help would be appreciated."
I went as far as uninstalling the drivers and installed the latest for this old sound card. I would love to jus use the onboard sound but have been unable to find the drivers for it.
I followed the "Before you post . . ." instructions. I hope I did everything correctly.
Thanks in advance
