BSOD While Gaming, High temps on idle, error dxgmms1.sys :(

Hey guys i recently started to get this DXGMMS1.SYS error an i tried almost everything to get past it but failed, so i decided to make a thread here.

    Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
    Motherboard Biostar
    Geforce 460 1G GTX Fermi
    4GIGS RAM DDR2
    1TB HDD
    AMD Phenom II X4 955

Had the video card probably around 7 months now ( had it replaced by EVGA, had another 460)

i dont have much games on the PC but when i try to play cod4 and APB:Reloaded the game would freeze for some time then i would get the BSOD.

I have uploaded the files for more info

    Hi.

    In this order,

    If
you had made any changes\overclocking set back everything back to default settings.

Remove RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner (known issues w/Win7) from your system.

    RivaTuner

    Download and install Driver Sweeper

Download the most recent software\driver for your
    NVIDIA

Uninstall nvidia software\driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper, choose only NVIDIA-Display and clean, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

    Update
    DirectX

Read carefully this tutorial and run NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT post here the results.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Leave it to run overnight if possible.

    Finish and post back.

I did everything except for that RAM test and till this point everything is fine, I opened cod4 an played it for an hour and APB:reloaded an everything is fine so far, If a problem arises i will report back but for now ill post the OCCT charts
