BSOD random happens after windows 7 start up screen

    Hi, guys

I just built my new Desktop with windows 7 ultimate 64bit(SP1) Edition. Has BSOD
Random happens after windows 7 start up screen, reboot after BSOD and win7 will be load up successfully and everything else is working well. However, just this random BSOD annoys me. I had a look at .dmp file under minidump folder. It says HDAUDIO.sys causes BSOD, but i have reinstall my audio drvier, BSOD still happens randomly and it only happens while win7 is starting up, once i boot into win7, BSOD never happens. I am using onboard AUDIO. My motherboard is P8Z68-V pro. Have the two recent .dmp file attached in the zip file. Any help will be appreciated.!

    Thanks Guys

It is not the HDAudio0bus.sys file. That diagnosis is usually from Blue Screen view and is incorrect.

The correct problem is Related to RTKVHD64.sys NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS.

Please remove the current driver using this method and re-install only the driver not the whole package

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using

    Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

It is either the driver itself, heat, power, the video card, etc.

I would continue to explore the driver as it is the easiest to do.

I got Corsair 650W PSU, it should be more than enough for GTX560. I check CPU, Motherboard,Video card, harddisk temps, they are around 30 degrees, which looks fine.

    Should i try re-install win7 from fresh?

Couldnt hurt. If it is hardware it wont help, nor will it help if it is the driver and you re-install the same driver.
