    Here is the BSOD health report thing and norton is uninstalled currently.

    Given all your application crashes related to system files, sidebyside errors, etc. I recommend running SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker. You may need to run it three times to fix all errors.

    A suggestions is try to update al your drivers to the newest ones as you still have drivers from 2009 installed....

    Yes, I also note that Norton was not properly uninstalled. Did you remove it using the Norton Removal Tool?

    I thought i did and im trying to use that tool now but it is only running a process in the background.

    try to run it as Admin and wait a little bit maybe then it pops up

    It won't hurt anything to run it now, but I do find it unsettling that there are still remnants of Norton on your machine. The backup software for Norton is still listed under your startup programs, and you have the PC checkup service running.
