Rebooted and crashed, went to repair or restore system. Tried to repair and could not. Shut down, than restarted. Recommended repair, I started normally. Ran windbg and there are no files in minidump, folder is empty. Sounds malicious to me. PC is slow on starting and running programs. I've attached Hijack This file. A few entries seem suspect as files are unkown or missing.
Sounds like some system files may have been corrupted. I would run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker. You may have to run it three times to resolve all issues. Report back what the results are.
It could also be malware. If you no longer have an antivirus now that you removed bitdefender, install Microsoft Security Essentials. Also, download and install the free version of Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download and run a full scan.
Ran the SFC/Scannow command 4 times, unable to fix some files, attached. I had Avast and performed a deep scan of all files. The ran IO bit malware fighter with no issues.
In cases like this, a clean install may be the quickest way to resolve this stubborn problem. Get into the habit of imaging your system drive as well.... it only takes a few minutes to restore an image, compared to the days spent trying to repair a corrupted OS...
Agree on a new install as housekeeping was in order. Did find 11 malware objects. Did help after cleanup but reinstalling win 7 anyway.
Thanks for all the help. I've learned a lot from the experts.

Good luck. Let us know if you need anything further. There is also an installation forum within these forums if you get stuck with the install. :)
Yes, it would be good to backup your system and user files before doing a clean install. Also, you should make a backup image of your system once you have done the clean install, installed all your programs, and completed with all Windows Updates. If you need assistance with making a backup image of your system, Sevenforums includes a backup and restore forum.
