BSOD - for the past two days

i have an old pc with following specs

    Pentium 4 2.66 GHz
DDR Ram 1.5 gb at 400 MHz
    2x 500 gb Seagate Barracuda HDD. 7200.11 and 7200.12
    Intel D101Ggc Motherboard

the system is running on Windows 7 Ultimate Ed. 32 Bit

for the past 2 days i have been getting regular BSOD indicating NETIO.SYS at the bottom of the page.
while searching other forums regarding this i found out that this may be due to antivirus i am using. then i uninstalled my norton 360 av and switched to Microsoft Security Essentials but still BSOD keeps on appearing.
I have attached two zip archives (with instructions also in 2nd archive) that contain the minidump files as well as the performance report.
hope anyone can help me get a solution.

    thanks in advance
