I am not running RAID or overclocking, the raid driver might be there from when I updated my nForce drivers.

It looked like my realtek audio drivers were a bit out of date but that update didn't seem to accomplish anything either (read something on the nvidia forums about those possibly causing issues).

I'm not sure what else I can try to change that effects my video card. I picked up EVGA precision to bump the fan speed up to keep temps down even more but that didn't change anything. I shouldn't be running into a problem with wattage since I'm only using 1 gtx 480 and a 750 watt power supply. Changing the card entirely didn't help at all and my card along with the other one are not overclocked.

Here's the most recent BSOD; the message still showed the nvidia driver when it happened but bluescreen view is showing 3 other drivers along with it.

    Still a 3B.

Might be time to swap out the video card with another just to test.

The three BSOD's I posted prior to the last one were all with another video card. Swapping the card didn't seem to change anything; they still happened just as frequently.

    Have you tried re-installing DirectX?

I went through that link and everything matches up. I'm not exactly sure how I would go about re-installing directX, the directX download from the link at the bottom of the page says I have an equivalent or newer version of directX installed and then just closes when I run it (it only lists 9 and I should have 11 considering my card, and some games I've played, supports it).
