I bought the mainboard, gfx card and ram in october/november, last system install was November I believe. I could do a new install, it's not that big a deal, I have another machine to use while I do so.

the cpu is about 3 years old, but it's got a brand new cooler on it, the case is also new, everything runs really cool. the hard disks are about 2 years old.
You may eventually want to do a clean install. Your Visual C++ Redistributables seem to be a pretty big mess.

Finish the memory verification for 7 passes first. If your memory checks out...

There are a few things to try first. Download and install Download: DirectX SDK - (August 2009) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details and then install the latest version of DirectX Download: DirectX End-User Runtime - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details and Edit: DirectX 11
