    BSOD on ICS host via LAN


    Hi guys, I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64, BSOD reproduced as follow
    - My PC: Connect to the internet via 3G modem, internet connection shared via LAN
    - Another PC: Connected to LAN, ping google worked
    - My PC: Nothing happens
    - Another PC: Open firefox
    - My PC: BSOD

    I've updated all of my 3rd party hardware driver that available yesterday using driver genius, but problem still exist

    These are all related to cFosSpeed Driver. It is a known cause of BSOD's and even I had to remove it.

Anyone familiar with DMZ Host or anything familiar ? As I'm looking for a secure and reliable way to access ones NAS anywhere, anyplace regardless if it's a desktop or mobile ?

I'm running windows 7 ultimate and i haven't run XP mode in a while so i'm not sure if it was an update or what that caused this. but the crashes that i'm referencing happened on 4/27/2012 hopefully i can get some help with this issue =) thank you in advanced
I've only used VMs for testing known apps, development work and testing OSes. How safe are they from infecting the host with a virus? Normally I use a seperate computer or i switch harddrives and boot up to another drive, so there is no chance for a virus. However, sometimes thats a hassle.
Which host file to use?

This is my first time with a 64 bit OS. I usually have to use the Hosts file to resolve my DNS on my XP machine. Do I use the hosts file in the same location that XP 32bit was for Win 7 64bit (windows\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts)? Or, is there another hosts file location that 64bit OS uses?
