    there are 0x0000003B and 0x000000iE, there's also ntfs.sys, fltmgr.sys, win32k.sys..
those are 5 in a row bsod, each happen after my pc restart by system itself.

    fltmgr.sys and ntfs.sys = HDD/ storage device related drivers

win32k.sys = Win32 subsystem driver; usually appears if video is involved

All are Microsoft OS related drivers and are not the actual cause of the BSODs.

VERIFIER_ENABLED dumps that name no 3rd party drivers = unknown hardware failure.

    Please follow Dave76's advice.

    Thanks JC.

There is also a werfault.exe, which is Windows Error Reporting Services.
As JC mentioned, this is a Windows service/driver and not the cause but a result of the crash errors.

Just for a check run System File Checker.
How to Repair Windows 7 System Files with System File Checker

Go to your motherboard website and update all the drivers for your motherboard.

I'm downloading all the driver for my mobo now..

I have ran the sfc /scannow also, its seems no problems found.
    Attachment 191080

The MPC came together with the codec that I downloaded, I believe its a non-beta version.

I downloaded the full codec + 64bit pack from here.
Perhaps you have another link to get a codec?

I'll keep informing you guys for any updates.

Let us know what drivers you installed.

Get any network drivers they have listed and install or re-install them.

There are 6 updates available for this mobo:

    1. Renesas USB3.0 Drivers= Installed, Working properly.
    2. ATI System Drivers for 7xx/8xx/SB7xx/SB8xx Series (except RS690, 740) = Installed but then cause malfunction to all usb devices.
    3. Realtek PCI-E Ethernet Driver = Installed, Working properly.
    4. AMD HDMI Audio Drivers = Installed, but then System said "No driver was supported in this driver package. So it quit itself. Consider its not being Installed then.
    5. Realtek High Definition Audio Driver = Installed, Working properly.
    6. ATI SB7xx/SB8xx RAID Driver = Error during Installation process.

Number 2 and 6 updates require ati catalyst install manager, but both of them cause error during instalation.

Btw, any updates for the codec sources I gave to you yesterday?

Rollback your network drivers, test for crashes, if you still get them install the latest driver from the MOBO website.
Do not re-install the driver from inside Windows.

Don't install any SBxxx drivers, Sandy Bridge is Intel.

Delete the codec drivers and apps, then re-install them from a fresh download.

From Windows Device Manager, this will just install the same driver you just rolled back from.

It may be corrupt or an old version, downloading and installing a new driver will hopefully help.

    Your welcome.

Just as expected, continuous bsod happened again.. So I had to turnoff the PC and turn it on again for several time.
I dont know what exactly happen with my PC now. (At wits end already )

The wonder is, after my computer shut down and restart several times, the system back to normal, and no more bsod, even if I run a heavy program or game. The last few days I kept my PC on and not even a single bsod occured.

It only happens after I turn off the computer for several hours (approximately 6-8 hours), and then I turn it on again.
Is it possible there is a problem with the PSU? its power may be unstable or may be, mmmm ... I do not know, I really dont have any idea about this.

    my last BSOD report:Attachment 191266
