That is called a cold boot crash, they are difficult to diagnose and can be caused by a number of things.
Disable Driver Verifier, it's not giving us any good info.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Uninstall Daemon Tools. It's driver, SPTD, is known to cause problems in Windows 7. Once it's removed, run the SPTD removal tool. DuplexSecure
Confirm when you have done this.
What were the results when you ran prime95?
Did it stop on it's own or did you shut it down?
Both of the latest crashes are blamed on Windows services, these are not the cause but the result of the problem.
These type of crashes are usually hardware related.
