BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (and Freeze)

Hi I managed to fix another problem with my computer, it was fine then earlier after work it BSOD then started freezing, I had a quick look at other forum posts but couldn't see anything exactly the same so here are my files!

All my drivers are up to date!

Another crash this morning, BSDO / Freeze (at login screen)

I should say these all occurs only on start up, BSOD / Freeze around 3 or then it's fine.
