Multiple random BSODs on new system, cannot install Win XP

I put together this computer about a year ago. It's waranty hasn't expired yet. We took it to a repair center and they reinstalled the OS and said it works fine, next day I started getting BSODs again.

I allways get around 4-5 BSODs at start-up, but also when opening a program or a game, after returning from stand-by, and sometimes without doing anything.

I checked the memory, I ran stress tests on the CPU and Video board, reseting BIOS and installing other OS. I could not install Windows XP due to BSODs at the 3rd step.

    Here is my PC configuration:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
    Motherboard ACER G33T-AM
Memory DDR2 size: 2048 MB (Single channel)
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

I have atached the BSOD dump files and perfmon/report file.

I apolagise for my faulty english, as it is not my mother tongue.
I hope you'll be able to help me. Thanks!!

SP1 isn't installed, please do this:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
    1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
    2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
    3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates
    4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
    5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates
    The following device have problems:
AVG AVI Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_AVGLDX64\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Microsoft PS/2 Mouse ACPI\PNP0F03\4&792CFA&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Multimedia Controller PCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7130&SUBSYS_00001131&REV_01\4&222C652C&0&10F0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
    To fix the AVG device:
    - download a fresh copy of AVG
    - uninstall the current copy of AVG
    - install the fresh copy of AVG and IMMEDIATELY update it
    - scan for viruses (full system scan)

If you are using a USB mouse, it's safe to ignore the problem PS2 device

To fix the Multimedia controller, visit the PC manufacturer's website and update both the audio and video drivers for your system.

    13 memory dumps
    9 different BSOD error codes
    9 different causes blamed
    This is most likely:
    - a hardware problem
    - a compatibility issue (could be due to missing Windows Updates)
    - a low-level driver problem
    - or a malware infection

I'd have to suggest that you start with the free diagnostics here: Hardware Diags
If these tests come out OK, please post back and we'll suggest running Driver Verifier on all 3rd party drivers.

I visited the acer driver download page and its really confusing since I hav to select a product family and then a product line and then the model. Anyway I took them all one by one but I couldn't find G33T-AM anywhere. so I googled it and it took me to the Acer Aspire 5620 driver download page wich only has drivers for windows XP and VISTA and I couldnt identify the drivers of VGA and Chipset with the ones I need. So if supposing that Acer Aspire 5620 is correct, shall I install Windows Vista since XP hands out BSOD?

Also When I try unistalling AVG it says "AVG Diagnostic Utility has stopped working"(*1) and "AVG Installer Application has stopped working"(*2)

So I am thinking should reinstall Windows, format HDD to rule out the posibility of a malware infection.
Also I did not metion it has a Tuner TV which i plan to remove to be sure it isn't causing problems. I don't really need it anyway.

You will have to find the drivers if you are going to reformat. Windows7 will find most of the drivers, but we can't guarantee that it'll find all of them (the system doesn't have any Win7 drivers listed).

You can remove AVG with this free tool - then try to install it again.
AVG - Download tools and utilities (use the AVG Remover for 64 bit)

Should you decide to format anyway, use this guide to start the installation:
For testing purposes, it's best to install Windows "clean".
This is, basically, installing it the way that Microsoft intended (using drivers from Windows Update).
This procedure is for Windows 7, Vista is similar (but has 2 service packs)

You will need your installation/recovery DVD(s) before you start. Once you wipe the hard drive there's no going back!!!

    1. Backup all your data.
This will wipe everything off of your hard drive, so anything that you want to keep will need to be saved elsewhere.

NOTE: If this is due to an infection, remember to scan the data with another system's current antivirus in order to locate and remove any malware.

    2. Connect the system to the internet (if the system says disconnect from the Internet, then do so).

    3. Use one of these free utilities to wipe the hard drive clean:
DBAN ( DBAN Download | Darik's Boot And Nuke )
    KillDisk ( Freeware Download Active@ KillDisk ).
This will also delete any recovery partitions on the system - so the intallation/recovery DVD's are essential!!!

    4. Install Windows by booting from the installation/recovery DVD - DO NOT tweak any settings!!!

    5. Visit Windows Update and get all updates

    6. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center

    7. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates

    8. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)

    9. Download, install, and update a free antivirus so you don't get infected while testing ( Free AntiVirus ).

If the problems persist, then the problem is most likely with your hardware.

CAVEAT: If you have an Asus motherboard, check the date on the C:\Windows\System32\driver\ASACPI.sys file. 2004/2005 is a problem, 2009,2010 is OK. Updates are available at the Asus support website.

CAVEAT: If you have a Sony system, make sure that you DO NOT have the 2007 (or earlier) version of the Sony Firmware Extension Parser (SFEP.sys). Update this driver immediately!!!

I managed to find most of the drivers. I removed the TV-Tuner. No change
Also I changed the 2 GB sycron RAM stick with an older 512 RAM (which name i dunnot remember atm) and I did not get any BSODs untill now.
Tomorrow I will reinstall Windows and buy some new RAM and I hope it will work. It's still weird to me how a memory stick can cause 9 different BSODs...
    Thank you again for helping!

Have you tested the RAM sticks? Here's a link on how to do it: Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
