The analysis shows AVG might be implicated.
AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Please follow JMH's suggestion first, then update these drivers.

    Code:
    LVUSBS64.sys 7/26/2008 10:06:36 AM fffff880`05f94000 fffff880`05f9e980 0x0000a980 0x488b3d7c
    lv302a64.sys 4/30/2009 5:41:07 PM fffff880`068b8000 fffff880`068ba400 0x00002400 0x49fa2903
    lvrs64.sys 4/30/2009 5:43:25 PM fffff880`068d6000 fffff880`06924580 0x0004e580 0x49fa298d
    LV302V64.SYS 4/30/2009 5:43:26 PM fffff880`06619000 fffff880`068b8000 0x0029f000 0x49fa298e
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

If those Logitech drivers are the most recent they need to be installed in "compatibility mode"

(right click the installer>properties>compatibility mode>choose OS)
