BSOD hits on any Torrent Application literally everytime

Hi,

In the last 2 months, I am consistenly getting the BSOD everytime I open torrent applications. Tried the same with differnt torrent apps and get the same. Kindly help me ASAP. Attached the dump file and other stuffs as discussed in your process steps

kindly update.. I see update on all threads, but mine unattended for a very long time.. please help

Sorry for the delay in answering your topic. I've just recently returned to posting.

Your Cisco device is disabled, your Bluetooth device is disabled.
Please enable both of them, then update the drivers for each.

The memory dumps seem to blame the Windows driver NETIO.sys - which is related to your networking.
Please update your networking drivers from the Lenovo support website (both the wireless and the wired devices) and see if that helps.

Another possibility is that your Kaspersky Internet Security is causing this. Please do the following:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Kaspersky from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of Kaspersky using this free tool: Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus, then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.
