    BSOD randomly while surfing on net


    hi guys i just got a new laptop lenovo y570 and today is the second day of it and i got a bsod twice . i dont now what type of error it is so please help me out

    Is Windows 7 ...

    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?     64
    - the original installed OS on the system? yes
    - an OEM or full retail version? oem -
    What is the age of system (hardware)?     2 days
    What is the age of OS installation     (have you re-installed the OS?) 2 days...nope

    This one supplied DMP was related to your video driver (nvlddmkm.sys). I would re-install it using the method.

    When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using
    Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

    When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

    hey i did upgrade my drivers to latest version...i got gt 555m installed on this..ill try to do what u said....

    and i got another crash error c9 and some file sftfslh.sys

    i have attched all my dump files please help me !!!
