BSOD Memory Management, error 0x000000a1 (I think)

Alright ran driver verifier and a program named gdrv.sys was listed. Going to try and post the error records.

Gotta say, this is really frustrating after spending 1200$ on the parts. At what point should I just go bring it in to a shop?

This could be a RAM error, or a graphics card error.

During Memtest86+ or when running Windows 7?

If your computer crashed while running memtest86+, it is likely a hardware issue.
Memtest86+ runs without Windows 7, that will indicate a possible non OS issue.

Post the CPUZ SPD tab.
This is the RAM manufacturer recommended timings.

Since this is a hardware issue, can you fill in your system specs?
Look for "My System Specs" in the lower left corner of any of your posts.
You can use these tools to find your system details.
System Info - See Your System Specs
Or you can download this free utility and find your system information: Speccy Free System information Utility

Go to your BIOS or UEFI and find your DRAM and Integrated Memory Controller voltage.
The Integrated Memory Controller is called different things depending on the motherboard manufacturer.

Here are the pictures. I'll update my specs in a second. And no my computer DID NOT crash during MEMTEST86, it was while running Windows 7. But as for the settings for the RAM what do you want me to do exactly?

Download your motherboard manual: GIGABYTE|GA-Z68XP-UD5

Go to page 43 for the CPU, RAM and CPU Integrated Memory Controller voltages.

CPU, 'CPU Vcore'
CPU Integrated Memory Controller, 'QPI/Vtt Voltage'
RAM, 'DRAM Voltage'

CPU Vcore: 1.250V

QPI/Vtt: 1.050V

DRAM: 1.500V

And also my graphics core is at 1.000V just to let you know. What else?

Set your QPI/VTT to 1.10v and check for stability.

Have you been checking your temperatures?
Use Real Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

Alright I'll get the cpu temps to you in about an hour after I run some BF3 to load the system and get that temp. And I don't mean to sound ungrateful or anything but why am I increasing the voltage? I am going to do it, don't get me wrong, I just REALLY want to know why!

Minimum temperature of 28C and max of 70C. That's not to bad right?
