BSOD from using webcam

My webcam is causing my pc to reboot with the BSOD, every time i exit the webcam this happens.
I have searched around with google and found out that this happens alot and can be diagnosed with Memory Test and Verifier, i have tried these two methods and it did not work for me, can anyone help me with any other methods if known.
