BSOD for no reason HELP. I don't know why

I have a BSOD and it only happened once (so far) This is what it said after:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1


Remove symantec\norton from your system.

Download,install and use Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.

Update Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter - Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card. - Downloads & Support

Finish and post back.
