BSoD while playing numerous games, error 116 - Not constant

Since about a week back I've been getting BSoDs while playing games. I've tested this on Minecraft, MW3 and Batman Arkham City. It is not a BSoD per se, it is simply a blank screen, sometimes with a hint of another colour, although that might just be my imagination. Also, the crashes are not constant, sometimes I can play without any problems for an entire day. I managed to win Arkham City and play a lot of Minecraft after that at the 25th without any problems at all.
In an attempt to find the problem I stress tested my PSU and video card using OCCTP, no errors at all. I've reinstalled my nVidia drivers using the 'Clean install' option while doing so.
I assembled the computer myself about 5 months ago, I also installed the OS at the same time. Since then it has been running flawlessly except for a driver clash I experienced some time back.

PS: The first dump files attached dating back to November are old and can be ignored. The BSoD they are about was caused by a driver clash between ThreatFire and a gaming controller driver I use. I forgot to remove the dump files before uploading the file.

    No DMP files attached

If the error code is 116

"It's not a true crash, in the sense that the bluescreen was initiated only because the combination of video driver and video hardware was being unresponsive, and not because of any synchronous processing exception".

Since Vista, the "Timeout Detection and Recovery" (TDR) components of the OS video subsystem have been capable of doing some truly impressive things to try to recover from issues which would have caused earlier OSs like XP to crash.

As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends the video driver a "please restart yourself now!" command and waits a few seconds.

If there's no response, the OS concludes that the video driver/hardware combo has truly collapsed in a heap, and it fires off that stop 0x116 BSOD.

If playing with video driver versions hasn't helped, make sure the box is not overheating.

Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU.

Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference.

If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling.

I would download cpu-z and gpu-z (both free) and keep an eye on the video temps Let us know if you need help

    Dump files added.

The first crash I had was while playing MW3. Since then it's been happening with every game.

Not a single one was 116. ALL were TfSysMn.sys (PCTOOLS) I would simply remove and replace it with MSE and the built in win firewall.

    TfSysMon.sys

The dump files you've been watching must've been the old ones I spoke about in my first post. They are old and has nothing (I think) to do with this problem. I reuploaded the zip file, this time without the old dump files to clarify. I deleted TfSysMon.sys a long time ago. It was a driver for ThreatFire and interfered with a gamepad driver I use.

I am pretty sure that the new error is unrelated to TfSysMon.sys, and to be sure I checked my system for the file and could not find it.
