Win 7 Starter crashing on Acer netbook; should I upgrade to Win 7??

    Hi:

    Thanks so much for checking in. I ordered a 16GB memory stick in order to try to bring it back, and I should have that in a day or two. I will try the method suggested and then see what happens. Fingers crossed, as they say.

    I will leave a post with the results . . . .
