    did you install any Microsoft visual C++ update via windows update?
    you could try opening regedit from start / run navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\ and delete folder ACE

    sorry for double post but its ddint let me write anything once i put the pic in. Like in the picture the ace is not in that ffolder u said its out side do i deleted that one ?

    went over it again and found the folder and it is fixed I LOVE U !
