loaded win7 and glitched up desktop and froze help

win7 started and once it loaded the desktop it glitched up kind of like the rrod does with the 360 all the programs on my desktop had lil. glitched box's surrounding them and it froze up did it 2 times after rebooting then i booted into safe mode and it booted fine i moved a program that booted with win7 while in safe mode to the desktop so it wouldnt boot with win7 and i don't think that had nothing to do it but it started normal after being in safe mode
    nothing to do it
because i had the program for about 2 weeks and nothing like this happened
any help on trouble shoting this R even the slightest ideal on what may have caused this error
i just rebooted again and every thing seems fine as of now

it just did it again about 15 min. after being booted fully into windows

kind of like this not my desktop by the way

    then glitched

ok also safe mode seems to be working

where i found those pics it says its a
monitor issue and not a graphic card
could this be ill have to test it
but why when i reboot it works?
im in safe mode still everything seems to be fine

in safe mode it seems to be running fine
any one think installing winxp would fix this issue
because im using win7 safe mode and every thing seems to be fine
ok last night i heard a stage pop noise but i thought it might have came from my heater R something else because my pc was acting normal iu even unplugged it opened it up and everything seemed to look a ok

if it works in safe mode then i'd say it has something to do with drivers. have you tryed updating your drivers?
if it was the gpu i'd think it wouldn't work in safe mode aswell.

    that's what i was thinking
inside of computer management everything i would think that maybe would need a update i scanned and it says every thing is up to date
is there a program R something that could like tell me what exactly needs to be updated thanks
how do i create a system restore point in safe mode i might have found a driver update on nvidia's site but i want to make sure that it don't mess up my pc then it already is
scanned just about every driver there is in computer management

ok i installed the update from nvidia's site but that didn't help
after rebooting i got a bsod but maybe that may have been due to me not having crossrider checked for starting at start up didnt get a chance to read it due to it happening right as i hit the power on my pc

uninstall the current drivers you just installed go get the latest ones and reinstall them and see if that solves the problem
