    Uninstall your TigerGame Super Joy Box Pro and its driver
    It is incompatible with Windows 7

    Remove Interlex virtual mate, this sofware is obsolete.
    Uninstall any ADC Analyzer/SwiftForth/Disspy/SwiftForth/GiveIO software.

    Old versions of ASACPI.sys are huge causes of BSODs

    Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
    Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "
    ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
    Download and install it.
    Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2004)

    Remoev IoBit Smart Defrag.

    Code:
    giveio.sys        0xca6c4000    0xca6c4680    0x00000680    0x316334f5    04/04/1996 06:33:25
    Code:
    ASACPI.sys        0xd0e1b000    0xd0e1c420    0x00001420    0x411c2d04    13/08/2004 06:52:52
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
    This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
    the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
    as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
    coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
    /NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
    hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
    If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
    system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.

    Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
