Have you run memtest? Driver verifier?

Latest crash is incomplete but does show a memory exception. You probably should re-install Chrome.

I tryed driver verifier, but nothing happens. Is it working or what? I Will try memtest today. And i tryed re-installing windows many times. Still the same.

I start using firefox, maybe that solve the problem..but still i intrested to find real solution.

But, if i need cancel driver verifier work, how i do it?

    E: Ram was fine.

I think its something wrong with chrome. Hard drive is wd 320GB. I put it on 6 Gb/s. Maybe it want 3 Gb/s?

Okey, its crashed with firefox to. Now i changed hdd sata cable to 3 gb/s port. And changed memory port.

E2: 3gbs port and still same.
I tried so many things and still same. What more? Unplug optical drive? Change keyboard, mice? Speakers? LoL. Problem must be somewhere.

To turn verifier off (if you want too) type verifier /reset.

    It may be mentioned somewhere,

I had same problem, the cause was FLASH player using hardware acceleration.

Go to your control panel - flash and disable it.
