Hello I do "cry" I bought my laptop in September will probably still under warranty?
But then maybe if you send me back to Acer equal and after 5 months!
What do you say I could do some more tests on my RAM, or should I buy it myself and then I mount it myself?
In this case, what would be better, think that my Acer
has a maximum capacity of 8GB of RAM but now he only has 4Gb inserted in slot 2.
They are quite desperate and indecisive.
Thanks to those who helped me since ora.Ciao

If you put more ram in you have to open the computer and that will void the warranty if it is a laptop. I would send it back.

Hello everyone thanks for the answers while they helped me a lot to solve my problem. Now I'll explain:
Basically I read that my notebook can lead to up to 8 GB of RAM so 'I am strong and "weeding out the root problem" I have changed the old modules with 4 gb and I have installed 8gb.Ora goes well hopefully in the future recur ...

Hello I hope it really works!
Although still under warranty because it is seen that Acer says in the manual which can carry up to 8gb .
Thanks again for the help and see you in this forum.
