Bsod 0x00000f4

Hi everyone.
I have been struggling to diagnose and fix BSOD for some time. My system BSOD at random : sometime it last let say 3 days without, sometimes twice a day. Unfortunately I cannot present any dump file right now bacause my Win 7 doesnt create anything in the minidump folder - it because after BSOD bios doesn't recognise system drive. Every time after BSOD I have to cold start to get logged to Win 7 otherwise there is no system HDD. Please find below BSOD info I get:

STOP: 0x00000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8008BB7B30, 0xFFFFFA80008BB7E10, 0xFFFFF800031E88B0)

Sometimes I get a bit different but unfortunately couldnt have copied this due to my PC was restarting automatically after BSOD. It something like KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR but there are no error code numbers known to me.
I need to mention I have done a Prime 95 check ( ran it more than one hour ) and chkdsk /f /r and all result were fine

Nothing is overclocked at the moment.

I would assume I need to know what's faulty before I RMA anything.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

As I metioned the minidump folder is empty all the time.
Every time I have the blue screen ( an automatic restart disabled ) I have to reset my computer in order to log to Win 7 again. When I ctrl + alt + del my bios does not see the system hard drive but when I use the power button the c:\ is visible then Win can start as normal.
There are no dump files because the hard disk with Windows files or SATA controller may be the cause and during the crash is just not working properly therefore Win 7 cannot write info about BSOD.
What about if I change the path to lets say D:\minidump
Will this work?

One of the forumers had similar problem and this is nicely discribed( sorry english is not my native )
the pc does bsod for whatever reason, then the os cannot see the primary hd (it sort of disappears) and the desktop stays locked at bsod. If i do alt ctrl del it still does not see that primary drive. bios does not even see it. I can see all other drives ok but not the primary. sometimes i even have to reset the bios boot settings. If I hard boot pc it finds drive again and lets me boot into windows

Some questions for you...
* Have you a backup to restore from?
* Have you an original Win 7 disk?

* You may indeed have to consider a Clean Install.

Yes Win7 is original along with every single software installed on my machine.
I found this thread. This is acctualy the same problem with the exception of a different SSD brand - I own OCZ Agility. Would updating firmware be the case?

Rather than speculate on possibilities let's get back to your current problem...

* Have you installed SP1?

* Suggest you run a System File Check.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

* Please check in Event viewer.

Type eventvwr in search and go to the windows log>application tab.
Look for errors that have red in the left hand column that say app hang, or app crash, or anything relating to the CURRENT problem.
When you find any make a screenshot and upload them to us.

What information appears in event logs (Event Viewer)?

Yes - SP1 is installed
Ran System File Check - no integrity violation found
Checked Event Viewer. Please find pictures uploaded of all errors I got. Not ever sure whether even one is related to the problem but they might be.
