BSOD while playing any game or video

I have a computer that I built on iBuypower recently. It was running everything beautifully until I got a BSOD while playing RIFT. It happened very rarely and ONLY during gaming, But recently it happens during gaming and videos such netflix. it even happened when I was just listening to music on Pandora. I've updated all of my drivers to no avail. I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to this, so i was going to try to reformat my hard drive. But I am currently using an HD monitor. Will this cause a problem when reformatting such as not being able to see anything?
    ANY help is appreciated!

Also here is what I recorded after the crashes. When the BSOD's happen it always says its a physical memory dump, followed by an immediate restart of the machine.
