SP1 is not installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates
Have been seeing a few problems with PCTools recently. Please uninstall it (and use a free antivirus while it's uninstalled) to see if that stops the BSOD's

Memory dump is a STOP 0x1A - MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Please run these free diagnostics:

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests (located at this link: Hardware Diags ). They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link) - Test ALL of the hard drives.

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (read the details at the link)
There are also free, bootable antivirus disks at this link: Free Online AntiMalware Resources - Bootable Disks
Post back with the results of the diagnostics and we'll move on from there.

new motherboard same problem

After the blue screens I tested the ram and got some errors with all installed with one stick all tested ok so I figured it was my motherboard since it was just received after a repair. Not wanting to wait for the motherboard to be fixed again I purchased a new motherboard RAMPAGE III FORMULA this one same type of problem but shuts down with no blue screen (No blue screen no log file ) I never have a problem with one stick of ram
only two or more (Sector 7 1333 mhz 4 gb ) all the ram is brand new.Another thing I was wondering about is why do I lose hard drive space when I add more ram? when the 24 gb is in I lose the whole 24 gb from the hard drive space is this normal?
