    BSOD ShrewSoft VPN


    I'm not certain that the ShrewSoft VPN is the culprit, but it's the program that exhibits intermittent lockups that seem to be associated with these BSOD errors.

    Machine is a ThinkPad - computer properties are in attached doc.

    I've tried to provide useful information that will lead to a solution. Let me know if there is additional information that might be helpful.

    THese were related to yourLenovo HDD utility (PART OF THE ibm Thinkpad Active protection system. Yours is ~ 2 y ears old and need to be updated.
