BSOD after sleep? Local ID 1033, BCCode 9f
Please Help!
I’ve recently been experiencing an increasing frequency of what appears to be intermittent BSODs after entering sleep mode; or, intermittent shutdowns after sleep mode, I can’t tell which. When I think my computer is asleep , I move my mouse or touch a key (Logitech Wireless Combo MK320) and sometimes nothing happens (or sometimes the computer awakes with no problem). When there is no response, I have to manually turn the computer back on (or reset) and I receive the message “Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown.”
Attached is my zipped Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder and my perfmon.html file. I would be very grateful for someone to take a look and provide some input or suggestions.
Note: Two (2) explanations for some things I noticed in the perfmon report: 1. I’ve disabled my 802.11n Wireless LAN Card (I used the wired port), and 2. I don’t use the Standard PS/2 Keyboard or Microsoft PS/2 Mouse (I use a Logitech Wireless Combo MK320). Not sure if that’s pertinent though.
Here are some basic system specs:
Thank You!
- Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1
- Build 7601
- Platform 64 Bit

- Acer Aspire M3410 (bought factory refurbished and new to me in Dec 2011)
