BSOD connecting to any lcd/led TVs via hdmi

    Hi everyone.

My friend's laptop has a problem when tries to connect to any LCD/LED TVs via HDMI. We have been trying updating/disabling some drivers but doesn't work. Always appears a BSOD. Could you help us please?

Here's the .zip file and system specs requested:

    • System Manufacturer/Model Number: HP Pavilion dv5-1235dx
    • OS: Windows 7 Enterprise (Full Retail) 32 Bit
    • OS Installation Age: 1 year
    • CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 @ 2.00 GHz
    • Memory: 4 GB

Note: The System Health Report it is in spanish. I hope not to be a big problem. And sorry for my bad english

Virtually all of these were Related to igdkmd32.sys Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver.

I would re-install the newest version available.

Also of not these need updating.

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

    Thank you very much zigzag3143.

We downloaded the driver directly from Intel's webpage and not from Windows Update nor HP's support page.

    That was the problem.

Thank you again for your quickly response.

    Greetings from Monterrey, México.
