BSOD IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (Aparently caused by Ntoskrnl.exe)

I have been having this BSOD while playing games, it happens whit any game ever since a couple of months.

OEM Windows 7 Home Basic 64bit
AMD Athlon II Dual Core 2.2 Ghz
    2GB RAM
    ATI Mobility RADEON HD 4250

It's a one year old Vaio Notebook, I've reset the system a couple of times, never have changed it.

I've tested RAM modules, I've updated my video, sound and wireless drivers.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks beforehand.

In addition to panais' advice, please do the following:

SP1 isn't installed, please follow these instructions:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
    1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
    2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
    3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates
    4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
    5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates
    MSINFO32 shows this problem device:
AODDriver4.01 ROOT\LEGACY_AODDRIVER4.01\0000 Este dispositivo no está presente, no funciona correctamente o no tiene todos sus controladores instalados.
Please uninstall AMD Overdrive (also in EasyTune6 for Gigabyte motherboards). It's a known cause of BSOD's in Win7 systems

    Hi again.

First of all, thank you for your time.

I've done everything listed, except uninstalling AMD Overdrive, I do not have AMD overdrive, and I just can't find the driver, if any. Any help in this regard?

I've attached the GPU test results, I'm currently testing for further BSOD, again thanks for your support.

Stop any overclocking, set everything back to factory defaults settings.

Run OCCT again, and give it more time, dont cancel the stress\test in 2-3 minutes.

We'll wait for the next memory dump.
May have to manually remove the AMD OverDrive. That's a PITA, but really not all that hard.

Please, excuse the long time it took me to respond, I had an issue whit my Internet provider. The BSOD have apparently stooped, I have rigorously tested them and that seems to be the case, if a problem occurs I'll be posting again, I cannot express my gratitude enough, thanks.
