Replace or remove when testing.
You can replace this drive after the crashes are stopped, then you will know if it is causing a problem.
Un-install the McAfee software, it is known to cause crashes on Windows 7.
Run the uninstaller from the McAfee site.
With MSE you will be safe, run Malwarebytes once a week.
Malwarebytes : Download free malware, virus and spyware tools
Uninstall it for testing.
Any driver from before 14 July 2009 is not recommended for use in Windows 7.
After the issues are solved, check the Wacom site for a newer Win7 driver or e-mail them if you can't find one on their site.
Run System File Checker, let us know if it comes up with anything.
Don't try to install any Windows updates that have caused a crash until we are finished.
Not many updates cause crashes anymore, this indicates a system fault.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
This should be done 3-4 times a week, they should be in your Windows Update program.
This will keep you safe.
For testing purposes, you can install after the system is stable.

Find an updated driver or uninstall if it is an additional program.
Any error in memtest86+ means there is a problem with the RAM.
Corsair is pretty good about RMAs, try to change it for one of the RAM kits listed below, or ask them for a recommendation.
