Did you run memtest86+ for a full 7 passes, best to run overnight.
This is recommended over Windows memtest, it will find errors more reliably, it runs without the OS.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Run this with both RAM cards installed.
Any RAM test can pass with no errors several times and then will show errors on a subsequent test.
This is just the nature of electronics.
