    Thank you for your response.

I am beginning to think that my internet modem's ZTE AX326 provider's custom written driver is the problem.

Cause at the moment i were using only bluetooth mouse (bluetooth is integrated) and that internet modem.

Any chance i could help them? Like sending that dumpfile? Or i should run driver verifier on that device?

    Thanks again.

The crash files are still pointing to your USB devices. Do you have a USB wireless device, by chance? I do notice a bluetooth USB device...

Please follow the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html and upload the files to your next post (not to a third party site). There is information included in the files generated through those instructions that will help us provide more informed troubleshooting steps.

Is that a USB modem? I'm working with my hands tied here until you post your full crash reports...

    Hello, i am back again.
    Unfortunately crashes did not stop.
They are very random, usually when i watch video online.
This is HP ProBook 4520s Windows Professional 7 64bit OEM.
I replaced USB modem with Router.
I tried to search info myself, it may be related to integrated Webcam (which uses USBhub). I noticed that it randomly dissapears (sometimes when i turn on computer it is connected, sometimes not). Also i believe integrated Bluetooth on HP computers are routed via USBhub. I am using bluetooth mouse.
At the moment of crashes nothing is connected except internal webcam via USBroot, bluetooth module via USBroot and Wifi.

Please help me to find what is causing it. Is it the driver or hardware related problem.
I have attached archive with information.

    Thanks.

Crashes still indicate USB devices. Please list all USB devices you use (even if you do not always use them). List those that are plugged in, and those that are not currently in use.

Is your printer a USB device? Its drivers are seven years old and may be causing issues.

    For the USB problems...
    • Start with USB Driver - General Fix for Problems to resolve the USB issues. Also, USB ports can sometimes enter a safe power state to protect the system from power surges due to USB devices. To reset the USB ports to a nominal power state:
      1. Shut down and turn off the computer.
      2. Unplug the computer from the wall or surge protector (then remove the battery if it is a laptop).
      3. "Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station, disconnect
cables to printers or devices such as external monitors, USB memory sticks or SD cards, headset or external speakers, mouse or auxiliary keyboard, turn off WIFI and Bluetooth wireless devices." (Use Hard Reset to Resolve Hardware and Software Issues HP Pavilion dv5000 Notebook PC series - HP Customer Care (United States - English))
      4. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. This closes the circuit and ensures all
power from components is drained to clear the software connections between the BIOS
and hardware and clear any corruption in the temporary memory.
      5. (If it is a laptop, plug the battery back into the laptop and then) Plug the computer back into the wall. Do not reconnect any unnecessary peripherals; monitor, keyboard,
and mouse should suffice and be the only peripherals reconnected.
      6. Turn it on to reinitialize the software connections between the BIOS and hardware

    Thanks for your response.
Done all as you suggested, also ran memtest86 for hardware errors, came up clean, no errors.
Will see how it will work.

At the moment of crashes nothing is connected except internal webcam via USBroot, bluetooth module via USBroot and Wifi.
    Thanks

    You're welcome.

I thought the USB devices would change since you removed the wireless network adapter. If you still crash, try disabling the webcam device through Device Manager: Start Menu -> Right click Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager from the list on the left.

If you crash with that disabled, try disabling all BlueTooth devices. If you still crash, disable the Wifi (if you still have it). Etc.
