Nothing indicative of a CPU problem other than the memory problem. They do interface, but CPU problems are so rare that I usually don't worry about that unless obvious signs emerge. What RAM did you have in your machine during the Memtest? So much swapping, I'm a little confused.

I had my usual RAM right now, 4 modules. In the next few days I should be able to get to my buddies house to borrow his to do some testing, we are getting hit by a snow storm right now.

How is system stability? Have you tried Star Wars?

Hmmm. Maybe we should try doing a full reset of things and clear temporary memory corruption to see if it has any effect. You don't appear to have a RAID controller, so you can disregard the note.
Note: If you have a RAID controller of any kind, a CMOS clear will reset the controller and wipe the data. Backup any data and do a CMOS clear as a last resort if you have a RAID controller. If you have a RAID controller and do not want to lose data, skip to step 3.
    1. Go into your BIOS and load default settings to clear the CMOS memory.
    2. Save Settings and exit the BIOS.
    3. Shut down and turn off the computer.
    4. Unplug the computer from the wall or surge protector (then remove the battery if it is a laptop).
    5. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. This closes the circuit and ensures all power from components is drained to clear the software connections between the BIOS and hardware and clear any corruption in the temporary memory.
    6. (If it is a laptop, plug the battery back into the laptop and then) Plug the computer back into the wall.
    7. Turn it on to reinitialize the software connections between the BIOS and hardware, and post back your results.

So I did that, and still getting crashes. I may have found an easier way to test the stability then the game. I went to run the Windows Experience Index test and it crashed midway through. It's atleast faster then waiting for the game to do it. Haha.

What step does it cause the crash at? Did you see? If we can find the step, that may help narrow down the cause.

Looks like it crashed on the texture load part of the 3d analysis. Or maybe the one after, I will run again to verify.
