SWTOR is the only game I've run after reinstalling.

Have you tried re-installing SWTOR? Did SWTOR work before re-installing Windows 7?

In that case, I really do think your best procedure would be to Clean Install Windows 7 and see if the problem still persists. That way we can determine if you had hardware that went bad since the last install or if you just had a bad install experience.

Had Fallout 3 installed without the internet on and it crashed, so I'm going to do a full fresh Windows install and see what happens. If it doesn't work, looks like I need some new hardware.

I was mulling this over earlier, and I am concerned that you were getting memory errors in Memtest86+. This indicates that your RAM may have gone south, or the motherboard slots for the RAM were somehow damaged. It may have been a fluke due to memory corruption still present; I have seen Memtest86+ fail one time and then work fine once the temporary memory was cleared through a BIOS hardware and software reset (we can try this if you are interested and still having problems after the clean install). Just something to note if you have issues after the clean install is the RAM errors you had previously.

So did the clean install, installed Fallout 3, and it BSOD on me. No internet. The only drivers installed were video card drivers. I just wish I knew if it was the RAM or the motherboard. Going to run Memtest again to see if I can narrow it down. But I think it's safe to say it's one of those two things.

Alright, let us know if you find out which... The easiest/best way to determine it would be to find a friend with a motherboard that will accept your RAM. See if the RAM works in your friend's machine. If not, the RAM is the culprit and you can RMA it.

Ran Memtest for about 10 hours with no errors. Will see if I borrow my buddy's computer in the next couple days to do some testing. Any thoughts of it possibly being a cpu problem? Not sure what the usual signs for that would be, just want to see what bases I could cover before getting new hardware.
