Is there any way to do temperature monitoring in mini xp? If it froze, that means either overheating occurred, memory errors occurred, or your CPU is failing.

I used speccy and temperatures stayed around 32 degrees.
I think either my cpu or motherboard has failed, my ram didn't as i've switched the ram already and it didn't solve the problem.

What processor do you have (AMD/Intel, type)? What memory (manufacturer, model, frequency)? What Motherboard (manufacturer, model)? It may help to narrow down the cause to know these three pieces of hardware.

AMD processors are known to have problems with RAM above 1333 MHz. Try tuning it down to 1333 instead of 1600.

That should be fine, then. Can you test your CPU in another board or test another CPU in your board? If there is a shop nearby that diagnoses computer problems, they may test your CPU in one of their boards for a fairly low price.

Well i was already planning to buy an am2 socket processor for testing purposes, so i am going to check on internet tomorrow for one and i will report back how things went.
The only thing i can do now is wait.
Thanks for your help, this is a long journey and at the end i will be happy i've gone through this journey, i learned very much but there is still much to learn.
The next time i will be much better prepared for problems.

The problem has been solved by replugging all cables, it appears it was the psu cable.
One problem though, bsod's now only appear when playing games.
This is the dump file, i hope it is a driver problem this time.

[BSOD] Bad Pool Header
This is a complete new system, that I've put together and recently I've been plagued with a BSOD message, as the title describes it. A Bad Pool Header.
